Call for topics of Mini Symposia: Proposals for mini symposia with title, abstract and list of speakers, should be submitted at this address by 31 August 2017. They should be up to 2 pages long. The sessions are planned to be 2-3 hours, with 25 minute talks, 5 minutes questions. It could be beneficial to have an introductory talk for the symposium. Please note that EWM cannot financially support the speakers in such sessions, except for situations when the speakers might qualify for a travel/accommodation grant.
Registration will open in September 2017, with the possibility of expressing the interest in giving a talk or presenting a poster. As usual, EWM will offer a limited number of travel and/or accommodation grants for female mathematicians from developing countries. Requests for support may be made when registering for the meeting.
Conference participation is not restricted to female mathematicians. Men are also encouraged to attend.
